Workshop on
Stress to Significant
An Experiential Workshop for an enriched life
Thursday,12th March 2015: Hotel Lemon Tree, Opposite Anand Vihar, Delhi NCR
Changing economic times have us pulled in multiple directions. The pressures and demands between work and personal life are blurred. As a result, the consequences of stress in the workplace come from what is happening to each of us both on and off the job. We are all aware of the dangers of stress in our lives, however, how many of us know the signs and symptoms in ourselves, and ways to prevent stress taking over our condition? It is important not only to recognize stress symptoms, but to know how to counteract the signs and regain balance in our lives.
This unique stress management workshop will be highly interactive and experiential. The workshop will discuss the nature of stress and why it matters. It will enable participants learn to recognise the signs of stress and interventions to manage them, including some “anti-stress” stretches, breathing exercises, the use of posture and resilient thinking. The meditation techniques for stress, its process and mindfulness skills will be introduced experientially. The workshop will also highlight workload management in organisation by focusing on areas like delegation, planning, organizing etc. This workshop will enable you to examine the causes of stress and its impact on your own productivity at work as well as to consider a range of tools and techniques that people can apply and benefit from in their daily life.
