ACPI invites you to the 36th Annual Meeting of ACPI, during which it will be releasing the Commemorative-Volume on Panikkar, besides the edited book consisting of the papers of last ACPI meeting.

How to Reach: The nearest airports are Mangalore and Kozhikode (Calicut). Both from Mangalore and Kozhikode you can get train or bus. Those who come by train from Mangalore area have to get down at Kannur (distance 132 Kms) and those who come from Kozhikode area have to get down at Thalassery (distance 70 Kms). The distance from Kannur and Thalassery to the seminary is around 45 kilometers. Taxi fare: Rs. 900/- approximately. However, you can get bus both from Kannur and Thalassery every 10-15 minutes. You have to get the bus that goes to Iritty, and get down at Iritty bus-stand. The distance from Iritty to the seminary is 5.5 kilometers (Iritty-Koottupuzha route), and Auto charge is Rs 70/.
Return Tickets: With the availability of computer facilities for booking tickets in most of the places, I hope you will take care of your return tickets.
Board & Lodge: The administration of Good Shepherd Major Seminary will see to our comfortable stay. We need to pay for board and lodge only a subsidized rate of Rs. 150/- per day.
Fees: ACPI is an association that is supported by the members themselves. Hence to cover the various expenses we shall contribute the following fees: Registration fee: Rs.50/-, Annual membership fee: Rs. 100/-, Secretarial expenses: Rs.200/-, besides the payment for board and lodge.
Those who wish to participate in the meeting are kindly requested to inform me and the Local secretary by letter or e-mail at the earliest, latest by the middle of September, to avoid possible disappointment. This year we are expecting a good number of participants due to various reasons, such as the growing popularity of ACPI, the relevance of the theme, and the salubrious and natural environment of the place of the conference.
