STUDENT DIVISION, INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF JURISTS, LONDON PRESENTS NATIONAL SEMINAR ON HUMAN RIGHTS

Before I broach upon the subject, I would like to convey my sincere regard to your Goodself. “The International Council of Jurists” (headquarters in London) is a body of Jurists working towards the promotion of administration of justice and the healthy development of law, suitable to social and economic needs of the people. The Council is actively involved in organizing campaigns for legal awareness and legal information to be used as a tool for advancement of public good. The Council intends to promote rule of law and social justice by making provision of free legal aid and by maintenance of an efficient system of legal advice.
The Student Division of International Council of Jurists is oganising one day National Seminar in the month of January on 20th January, 2017 at Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and We would be delighted to have your institution participate in the said competition
The seminar will be attended by teachers, research scholars and students from all over the county. In the past, our meetings have been attended by Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, the then President of India; the then President of India; Mr. M. Hamid Ansari, Vice President of India; Mr. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, the then Vice President of India; Mr. Krishan Kant, the then Vice President of India; Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Prime Minister of India; Mr. Dominic Grieve, MP, Attorney General of the United Kingdom; Lord Phillips, the then President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom; Mr. Peter Tomka, the then President, International Court of Justice; Ms. Justice Rosalyn Higgins, the then President of International Court of Justice; Mr. Justice R.M. Lodha, the then Chief Justice of India; Dr. Justice K.G. Balakrishnan.
