Guidelines for Authors
MAIMS invites academicians and professionals to contribute research papers, articles, case studies, abstract of doctoral dissertations and book reviews for its forthcoming issue.
The Authors/Contributors are requested to kindly follow the given guidelines strictly:
1.The contribution must be original, neither published nor under consideration for publication anywhere else.
2.The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author’s name, designation, brief profile, official address, contact number and email address. The next page should contain an abstract of not more than 150 words along with five key words.
3.The paper should start with an introduction and review of literature. The paper should end with ‘conclusion’ followed by references.
4.The main text should not contain the author’s name or affiliation. The face sheet should contain a declaration by the author(s) stating that the research article / paper / case study has not been published or not submitted to or accepted for publication by any other journal, magazine or book publishing house.
5.The manuscripts should normally be of around 4000- 5000 words (15-20 pages). It should be typed in double space, font Time New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 inch margin on all sides on A- 4 paper.
6.The soft copy of contribution / manuscript should be sent by an email attachment to email@example.com ; firstname.lastname@example.org . The authors should also submit one hard copy and one CD (MS word format) of the manuscript for publication.
7.Typescripts should be typed on one side of the sheet. Figures, tables, graph or chart should appear at the right place in the document and be numbered numerically with appropriate headings.
8.All notes should be indicated by a serial number by using foot notes in the text.
9.Follow British spellings throughout: ‘colour’ not ‘color’, ‘programme’ not ‘program’, organisation’ not ‘organization, ‘behaviour’ not ‘behavior’.
10. List of references should be in alphabetical order. Papers without references will not be reviewed.
11. Follow APA style of referencing and the same should be put at the end of the manuscript. For example:

12. Selection shall be done on the basis of Blind Refereed Review. Decision of the Experts and the Editorial Board shall be final and binding upon the contributors.
13. The editors/editorial board reserves the right to modify and improve the manuscript to meet the standard of journal.
14. After publication, Author(s) will receive one copy of the journal.
